A residential project would not be complete without the corresponding security features. It defines its location and adapts the plans from the very moment of the design.
The alarm of fire are placed with smoke detectors and / or temperature in each room to emit an alarm sound sharp that alert you to eventualities. The most complex systems are connected to water circuits that run through the roof. When the alarm is activated, it not only alerts you with sound, but also displays a thin rain of water or short product fires to control the affected area.
Others also work in conjunction with the system of monitors, giving alert to the coordinated service (firemen) of your city.
Carbon monoxide detector
A useful tool, especially in homes with gas and / or firewood heating systems. They are small elements that are located in different rooms (or in all rooms), and that make a reading of the air allowing to know if the level of carbon monoxide approaches a mark harmful to humans and animals. They also operate with an audible alarm and with lights, and can be connected to the emergency monitoring system.
They should not be lacking in any home. Manual extinguisher tubes should be within reach of everyone, even if out of sight for aesthetic reasons. You can hang them from the wall in an easily accessible place (without stairs or others).
Plan and evacuation elements
When defining the design of the house, corroborates the ease of evacuation. If there were stairs or unevenness, it defines the plant so that it can move freely and quickly in case of emergencies. Mark a place next to the access door where you can keep your emergency kit (the rescue bag), and also decide an emergency light system that will activate before blackouts or when the power supply is affected.
