Before we go we have to perform a series of tasks and prepare well for the holiday.  Nothing ruins a vacation like knowing that while you were away, at home there was a problem. Before leaving performs these tasks for you to have a relaxing holiday and unwind completely.

Disconnect the water heater

As these large deposits of stored hot water at high pressure, uncontrolled water heater is a real risk in an empty house. When you install it ask them to teach you to close or view the instruction book, interrupted water supply and remove the reservoir pressure. The instructions differ if the heater is gas or electric.

Interrupts the supply of optional features

To prevent sudden water leaks, before going interrupts the supply of water dispenser’s water from the fridge, humidifiers and heaters stack.

Unplug appliances and phone

Summer storms and power outages can damage televisions, computers and audio equipment as much as the availability of power stabilizers. Before leaving tour unplug electronics and divert calls from the phone to also be protected from theft.

Place thermostats holding temperatures

If you can, turn off the central heating and cooling, but if you go in summer or winter you have to protect your home from extremes of temperature. Place the thermostat in a safe holding temperature 13ºC in winter and 30ºC in summer. This will protect the house and its contents.
